byAir ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy
("Policy") outlines the types of information we collect, how we use and share the
information, and your choices concerning our data practices when you use our byAir
Mobile App (the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of
this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use the App:
a) Personal Information. We do not require you to provide any personally identifiable
information ("Personal Information") to use the App. However, if you choose to
contact us or participate in any surveys, promotions, or contests, or leave feedback,
we may collect your name, email address or media files (photos or screenshots).
Your email address that we use for emailing you may be shared with providers of
such emailing services provided that your email address cannot be used for any
other purpose than the purpose of informing you about the latest news, projects or
updates in our Services. The legal basis for such sharing is our legitimate interest in
outsourcing certain technological services.
b) Location Information. To provide accurate information about nearest airports, we
collect your approximate location data based on your device's GPS coordinates, IP
address, or Wi-Fi network. You may choose to disable location services through your
device settings.
c) Device and Usage Information. We collect information about your device, such as
the device model, operating system, and unique identifiers (such as the ID For
Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS and Android platforms). We also collect usage data,
including the features you use within the App, the duration of your sessions, and
crash reports. All this information comes to us in an impersonal, anonymous form,
without mentioning Personal Information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
a) To provide, maintain, and improve the App, including providing accurate
information on airports, flight updates and personalized features.
b) To analyze and understand user behavior, improve the App's performance, and
develop new features.
c) To communicate with you about updates and other news related to the App.
d) To protect the security and integrity of the App and our users' information.
e) To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information with third parties for their
marketing purposes, nor do we sell any personal data to advertisers or third-party

– Location Information. You can disable location services through your device
settings, but this may affect the functionality of the App.
– Personal Information. We do not require you to provide any personally identifiable
information ("Personal Information") to use the App. We won’t collect any kind of
personal information, if you choose not to contact us or participate in any surveys,
promotions, or contests.
6) Right to erasure of personal data. You have the right to request that we erase all of
your personal data that we have collected during your use of our Services. If you

subject: byAir, Personal Data Issue. Please be aware that certain data erasure
services may be unavailable to you.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access,
loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
6. Child Security
byAir does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under
the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has
provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have
collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we
take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. Information for EU customers
We inform you that by utilizing our services and sharing your information, you grant
us permission to gather, utilize, and retain your data outside the boundaries of the
European Union.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our

By using our mobile applications, you consent to adhere to the following terms of
service, as well as any relevant laws or regulations, which encompass copyright and
trademark legislation.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to use our mobile apps for personal, non-commercial
transitory viewing only. You may not:
– modify or copy the materials;
– use the materials for commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or
non-commercial);
– decompile or reverse engineer our software;
– remove copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
– transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other
