If you have checked in online and need to drop off baggage, you must use the airport 'DROP-OFF' desk or standard check-in counter and do so no later than 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at select airports for all passengers with e-tickets. Kiosks open and close at the same time as airport check-in counters: 2 hours before and 40 minutes before departure.

Passengers are strongly advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for all flights. For international flights or during busy travel seasons, arrive 3 hours in advance.
